MugShot_Renee GilliganOn Thursday November 10, at approximately 11:42 p.m. the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a report of an impaired driver northbound on US 31 from 19th Road.

An officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department located the vehicle and witnessed erratic driving. He conducted a traffic stop and determined that the driver, 26 year old Renee Gilligan of Granger was impaired. She was taken for a certified chemical test and later lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% or more.
