County Building_2The Marshall County Commissioners have a full agenda for their meeting Monday at 8:30.

A regular report from the County Highway Department leads the agenda with the introduction of Chastity Keller, the new director of CASA.  Keller will be presenting the annual report during her presentation.  Ken Dunn from Motilities will discuss utility poles in the county’s right-of-way and Thomas and Debra Reinke will be back in again seeking final action for the road vacation in the Venetian Village on the south west side of Lake Maxinkuckee.

County Plan Director Ralph Booker will discuss a zoning ordinance amendment with the commissioners and Building Inspector Chuck DeWitt will present his quarterly report.  Stanley Kwasny will bring a request to vacate a portion of Cook Lake Trail and Prosecutor Nelson Chipman and Deputy Prosecutor Matt Sarber will make a request to apply for a grant opportunity.

The Marshall County Commissioners will hear the attorney’s report and auditor’s report along with making an appointment to the Bremen Library Board and a discussion of the IPEP Safety Grant Program application.

The commissioner’s meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
