ArrestedThursday morning Plymouth Police were dispatched to 1019 West Jefferson Street about 2:30 in the morning in reference to a man lying on the ground next to a bicycle.

Officer Gary Cleveland responded to the scene and located 50 year old Richard Hopkins who was passed out drunk on the ground.  He was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail for booking on a charge of Public Intoxication after being cleared by the Plymouth Hospital.

Hopkins was held on a $500 cash bond.
