A Plymouth woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon after city police were dispatched to 425 Charles Street to investigate an alleged violation of a court custody order.

32 year old Kalee L. Whittaker of the Charles Street address was found to be in violation of the order.

According to the incident report, Officer Jeremy Enyart said Whittaker became upset and threw a large pumpkin at Plymouth officers.  As she was attempting to pick up another pumpkin Officer Enyart intervened before she attempted to flee inside the residence.

Kalee Whittaker was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.    Whittaker was issued an initial court hearing date of November 22nd and held on a $500 cash bond.
