Driving Without a licenseA Plymouth man was arrested Saturday morning following a traffic stop on West Jefferson Street.

Just before 2 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart observed a vehicle exit a parking lot driving erratically on Jefferson Street.

Running the vehicles license plate, the registered owner was found to have a suspended license.  During the traffic stop 21 year old Kyle Benson was unable to provide identification to the officer showing that he was not the registered owner of the vehicle.

Giving his information verbally, Officer Enyart found Benson had never received a valid driver’s license.

Kyle Benson was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond for Operating Without A License.
