Plymouth Color Logo2014The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will hear reports from various city department heads.  The City Engineer will present a request for No Parking for the fall street and sidewalk projects and request approval of a quote to fix the Police Station parking lot.  Also on his agenda is the request to solicit quotes for the 2016 crack seal project, update Board of Works members on the Oakhill, Soice and Michigan Street stoplight project and discuss the reconstruction project for Hoham Drive.

Under “Other Business” the Board of Works will discuss the proposed Allen Street vacation, hear the request for a ramp in front of Pathfinder Services and hear the request for an Eagle Scout project at River Park Square.

The Common Council will meet at 6:30 and conduct a public hearing for Milten Properties’ petition to vacate Allen Street.

City Council members will consider the 2017 Salary ordinance on 2nd and 3rd reading and consider a resolution approving the request of Rocky Talcott for a Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grant.

Under “Other Business” the Common Council will hear the request for waive the utility bill fee for the Pretty Lake Conservancy.

The public is urged to attend the city meetings although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
