29 year old William Fritter of 12 Road in Plymouth was arrested on Friday night, October 21st.
About 11:15, an officer with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a black 2000 Jeep in the area of 12th and Pear Roads. The driver of the vehicle, William Fritter was found to be Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated.
Fritter was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
