MugShot_Daniel KlineOn Wednesday, October 19, at approximately 9:20 in the evening, an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff Department made a traffic stop for an infraction at Michigan and Tyler roads.

During the investigation, suspected Marijuana was located in the vehicle and a test result showed 26 year old Daniel Kline of Bremen under the influence.

Kline was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Possession of Marijuana, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% or more, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance.

He was given a bond of $1,500 and a court date of November 1, in Superior Court #2.
