However, nothing pleases Quentin more than performing in his own home town and bringing new talent to the area.  Quentin will bring to the stage for the first time in Indiana the popular all women singing group The WhatAbouts from Livonia, Michigan.  Featuring Kelly, Deb and Suzy; the three gals will perform all the big girl group songs of the 60s!

WhataboutsSpeaking for The WhatAbouts, Kelly explained that after deciding 60’s dance music would be fun to impersonate they began thinking of names for their group.  Everyone had great ideas but they couldn’t decide on one name.   “ ‘What about this?’ and ‘What about that?’  kept coming into our discussion,” said Kelly.  “Finally we said, ‘How about the WhatAbouts?’   And, that name stuck !”

The WhatAbouts have been having fun singing at car shows,  Legend’s shows, and fundraisers ever since.  Some of their favorite 60’s songs the public will recognize include  “Tell Him”, “He’s a Rebel”, “One Fine Day”, “My Boyfriends Back”, “Going to the Chapel”, “Don’t Mess With Bill”, and many more.

Quentin who also happens to be the Grand Knight of the K of C promises the Haunted Oldies Soda Shop is going to be a fun evening of great 50’s and 60’s rock and roll music. Plus there will be great food served at the dinner show and prizes will be awarded during the Halloween costume contest.

“This is a Knights of Columbus fundraiser”, said Quentin.  “We do more than just the monthly pancake breakfast and fish fries! The Knights are all about giving back to the community. Through our fundraisers we have been able to donate to our own church and school; as well as organizations such as Riley Children’s Hospital, Special Olympics, Right to Life, Shop with a Cop, and Hello Gorgeous to name a few.”
