MugShot_Heather White-BraggOn Saturday, (10/15/16) at approximately 7:20 p.m. the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department obtained a 911-emergency call of a domestic physical fight within a residence located inside the Creekside Trailer Park on old US 31 just south of LaPaz.

Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department responded and investigated the incident.

42 year old Heather White-Bragg of lot 35 was arrested for Domestic Battery in the presence of a child less than 16-years of age, a Level 6 Felony.

White-Bragg was transported to and booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500.00 cash bond.

A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review. The Division of Family and Children was notified and assisted in the investigation.
