City NEwsAn issue with the alley behind Dickman Street in Plymouth was brought to the attention of the city board of works early this summer.  Over the years the alley has migrated onto private property and out of the city’s right-of-way.

Although the city looked at the possibility of relocating the alley, too many issues are in the way include utility poles and privacy fencing.

The property owner is willing to accept payment for the infringement.

Plymouth Land Survey will survey the property and the city attorney will work on the legal paperwork to deed the property.

The city will purchase the property using the Property Fund.
