Triton High School held their annual Distinguished Young Woman competition on Saturday night, October 8th.

Distinguished Young Women is a national scholarship program that inspires high school girls to develop their full, individual potential through a fun, transformative experience that culminates in a celebratory showcase of their accomplishments. Distinguished Young Women strives to give every young woman the opportunity to further her education and prepare for a successful future.

The seven contestants for the Triton Crown were Raney Sinkey, Kaylene Slabaugh, Michaela Best, Siera Sauer, Hannah Woodard, Lexie Albright and Katie Hepler.

2nd runner up was Woodard with 1st runner up being Katie Hepler and Lexi Albright selected at the 2017 Distinguished Young Woman of Triton.

 

Albright will represent Triton at the state competition in February.
