The Culver-Union Township Public Library (CUTPL) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) inviting qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide snow removal services for the Library for the 2016-2017 winter season.
This Request for Proposals will be released on October 5, 2016. Proposals will be due by close of business (8 p.m.) on October 17, 2016.
CUTPL requires that insurance requirements are met before we enter into a contract with a contractor. These requirements relate to general liability and workers’ compensation coverage.

All bids must be submitted on this bid form.
All properly submitted bids will be available for public inspection the day after vendor selection.
The Library Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
