26 year old Tyler Harris of Plymouth was arrested Sunday (9/25/16) morning about 4:45 at the intersection of Oak Drive and West Jefferson Street.
Plymouth Police Officer Wally Derifield conducted the traffic stop and found Harris to the Driving Under the Influence. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more with a prior charge. His cash bond was set at $1,500.
