FootballStadium_2A Plymouth Schools project that has been on the works since spring is nearly complete. A major part of the project was to install new bleachers, concession stand, bathrooms and a ticket booth at the football field.

Superintendent Daniel Tyree told the school board on September 6 that portion could be completed by mid-October, but they are targeting a November 1st date.   According to Tyree there are some minor punch-list work that will be handled in the next couple of months.  He indicated that some manufactured items were still in the works such as handrails. Tyree went on to say that they plan to build a ticket booth on the north side of the grandstands as well. That ticket booth had been in the original plans as an alternate and will likely be started next summer.

Tyree said they will be adding more handicap parking places as the parking area is resealed.

Both the HVAC and electrical work is nearing completion; 90 percent of the drywall is up; and a drop ceiling will be the next step.  Occupancy is anticipated in a couple of months.
