Plymouth Police Officer Ray West stopped a vehicle Tuesday afternoon about 1:30 for not having any break lights on Michigan Street near Centennial Park.

 

The driver, 36 year old Wuadic Padilla of Plymouth was found to be in possession of a Michigan ID card that was fake and the name being used by Mr Padilla was false.

 

Mr. Padilla was arrested for Operator Never Licensed, False Informing, and being in Possession of a Fraudulent Government Document. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail at 3:50 in the afternoon on a $750 cash bond. He was able to post bond at 6:45 that evening and was released with a September 27th court date in Superior Court II.
