On Wednesday, August 17, at approximately 6:15 a.m. a Plymouth High School student was followed by a male subject in a reddish colored vehicle while jogging.
At one point the female was stopped by the driver of the vehicle and asked for sexual favors while exposing himself.
The male subject has been identified as 43 year old Randy Romine of Knox.
He was interviewed by Detective Sgt. Jim Cox of the Plymouth Police Department on Wednesday, August 24th and arrested for Public Nudity, a level 6 felony.
