Handcuffs-newThe second half of a Sunday night domestic disturbance incident was arrested Tuesday afternoon.

Plymouth Police arrested 32 year old Stacey Snyder after she was released from the hospital for injuries received in the altercation.

The police report states that Stacey Snyder was intoxicated and driving with her children in the vehicle following a domestic battery incident on Pennsylvania Avenue Sunday.

Stacey was admitted to the hospital for her injuries.

She was arrested at 3 p.m. Tuesday on charges of Criminal Mischief, Neglect of a Dependent and OIW of .15% or more and Endangering.  She bond was set at $3,000.
