MugShot_Javier FranciscoWhile working on Operation Pull Over, Bourbon Police Officer Rick Kanarr stopped an SUV  traveling south on State Road 331 near 11th Road in excess of the posted 55 mph speed limit, radar confirmed the vehicle was traveling 66 mph.

The driver, 35 year old Javier Francisco of Warsaw was also found to not be wearing his seat-belt during the traffic stop.  It was also learned that Francisco had never received a driver’s license.

Francisco was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for speeding, failure to wear seat belt and operator never licensed and held on a $255 cash bond.
