domestic+violenceA domestic situation Sunday night about 11:30 lead to the arrest of a male subject and the female being hospitalized.

At 11:39 city officer responded to 624 Pennsylvania Avenue and found 32 year old Stacey Snyder bleeding severely from her right arm.

Stacey Snyder was intoxicated in public, found to be driving while intoxicated with her children and damaging property that did not belong to her.   She told officers she had been involved in a domestic battery incident.

Stacey’s husband 30 year old William Snyder of Muckshaw Road in Plymouth was found in the downtown area intoxicated with injuries he would not explain.

William Snyder was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for domestic battery and public intoxication.

Stacey Snyder was admitted to the hospital due to her injuries. A warrant will be sought for her arrest upon her recovery.
