On Thursday morning, August 18, just after 2, an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on US 31 near 16th Road.
During the investigation, the driver, 27 year old Maggie Czech of Winamac was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% or higher, Possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
