Thursday night just after 11 a County Police arrested a Plymouth man on several charges.
30 year old Jose Ines Cazares Arce was stopped on Michigan Street near Harrison Street and found to be Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person with a prior charge, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or higher and Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License.
He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
