Monday night the Plymouth Common Council approved a resolution wavering the non-compliance with Tax Abatement requirements for Hoosier Tire.
The County Auditor’s Office notified the city that Hoosier Tire did not comply with the statutory reporting for 2015.
Hoosier Tire has now provided the Common Council with the compliance forms for both the real and personal property and found them to be in compliance with the Statement of Benefits.
The resolution passed by the Common Council was basically a paper trail for the tax abatement.
