Sergeant Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 27 year old Scott D. Bryant of Rochester Monday evening following a traffic stop on Lake Avenue at 5th Street.
About 7:30 Officer Deisch stopped Bryant and found him to be Operating Without Ever Receiving a License. He also had an active warrant through Fulton County for his arrest.
Bryant was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
