24 year old Justin Lee Hunsberger of Nappanee was arrested Friday night about 10:45 after a county police officer saw him driving left of center.
Officer Bragg stopped the vehicle in the area of King Road and Plymouth-Goshen Trail. During the course of the investigation it was determined Hunsberger possessed a driver’s license with the driving status of suspended with a prior charge.
Justin Hunsberger was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $755 cash bond. He was given an August 8th court date in Superior Court II.
