County Police arrested an Argos man Saturday night following a traffic stop.
About 10 o’clock Officer Wozniak stopped a 2000 Ford Mustang on US 30 at State Road 331 for an equipment violation. The driver, 22 year old Justin Griffin was found to have marijuana and paraphernalia in his possession.
Griffin was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,000 cash bond.
