An officer with the Marshall County Police Department arrested a Warsaw man Saturday night, July 9th.
34 year old John James Waters-Torres was stopped on US 30 near King Road for exceeding the speed limit about 11:15. He was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Without ever Receiving a License and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $255 cash bond.
