This past Saturday July 2, an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested 47 year old Anthony Trusty of Rochester just before midnight.
The traffic stop on US 31 near 12B Road and Trusty was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a person and Operating a Vehicle While intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 or more.
