public-hearingCitizens of Marshall County have the opportunity to voice their support or opposition for the implementation of a Local Option Highway User Tax (LOHUT) and or a County Economic Development Tax (CEDIT) during a public hearing at a special evening meeting tonight at 6.

The Marshall County Council will conduct a public hearing on the request from the County Commissioners to seek input from the taxpayers of Marshall County regarding the         implementation of LOHUT and or CEDIT as a way to assist in the funding of street and road maintenance throughout the county.

The public hearing will be held tonight in room 203 of the Marshall County Building at 112 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
