On Saturday, May 28th, at approximately 5:40 in the morning, County Police Officer Wozniak conducted a traffic stop on a white 2001 Toyota Camry in the area of US 31 and Plymouth Goshen Trail for traveling 90 MPH in a posted 60 MPH zone. 

The driver, 24 year old Ochirbat Gunchinish of Elk Grove, IL was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license.  He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for reckless driving and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license and held on a $750 cash bond.



Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.  They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
