The Marshall County Museum has a special summer camp opportunity on June 14 through the 17, for 16 students entering the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade! “Trains, Toys and Treasures” is a 4-day camp that takes the children back in time with fascinating stories, experiences and artistry from 9 AM – noon daily!
Designed to help kids appreciate and better understand the present by reflecting on the past, the children will be treated to a different theme each day such as, “Trains, Trains, Trains,” “Vintage Toys and Games,” “Soda Jerk Birthday Party,” and Friday morning at a nostalgic one-room schoolhouse in Marshall County that we call, “Tell me a Story!” The plans include several hands-on activities as well as some interesting guests that will share their passions and stimulate creativity.
Registration forms for summer camp are available at the Marshall County Museum, 123 North Michigan Street in downtown Plymouth. Cost of the camp is $25.
