A traffic stop Friday morning just before 3 landed a Chicago man in the Marshall County Jail.
County Officer Wozniak stopped the vehicle on US 31 near 14th Road for traveling 85 in a 60 mile per hour zone. The driver, 27 year old Jonathan Elliott was found to be operating the vehicle without every receiving a driver’s license.
