The Plymouth Storm Hurricane cheerleading squad has earned a bid to the national competition in Myrtle Beach, SC in July.
A part of the Champion Force Athletics association, Plymouth Storm competes in division 4 and “Had a great season this year so far,” according to their coach Ali Grove.
This past Fall 2015 season they placed 2nd at the Regional competition which advanced the Hurricanes to the State competition in Lizton. At state competition they announced those who had earned a bid to the National competition in Myrtle Beach, SC in July.
Grove said, “This is the first year the Plymouth Hurricanes have been invited to go and we are all very excited! But before we even reach Nationals this summer, we still have our spring competition season ahead of us coming up in the next few months.”
All of the girls are working hard towards their fundraising goals so everyone on the team has a chance to do all of the fun and exciting opportunities coming up this summer, like camp and the trip to Nationals!
