MugSHot_James FloryA traffic stop Saturday morning, January 30th, just after 5:00 landed a pair from South Bend in the Marshall County Jail.

A county officer conducted a traffic stop on a passenger vehicle on US 31 near Plymouth-Goshen Trail and the driver, 24 year old James Flory of South Bend, was found to be Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated.

MugSHot_Aimee JacksonA female passenger, 27 year old Aimee Jackson also of South Bend was found to be in Possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Both subjects were taken to the Marshall County Jail. Flory was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated endangering and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more while Jackson was held on a $505 cash bond for Possession.
