The driver involved in a crash on Saturday January 9, on State Road 8 near Upas Road at 3:45 p.m. was arrested.
Patrolman Jonathan Bryant investigated the single vehicle accident and found the driver, 43 year old Kendra Walters of Ora to be intoxicated on controlled substances.
She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle With a Controlled Substance, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – Endangering and Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.
