housing surveyMarshall County has a group working to develop solutions for people who are homeless or have financial difficulty keeping a roof over their heads.

Are you homeless or do you know someone who is?  Are you facing an eviction or stuck in an unsafe place?

Your quality of life matters and local charities, churches, governments and citizens are working on housing solutions for Marshall County.  To get broader support they must gather numbers and stories about the housing issues in our county.  The first Housing Survey will be conducted later this month and your voice will be heard.

On Wednesday, January 27th the group will be in the community to gather information about our town’s affordable housing issues.  They will be at different locations including the Neighborhood Center and near the Red Rock and Economy Inn to gather data.  You can also call any of the help agencies to share your concerns.

A free gift bag will be given to each individual-family that participates in the survey.

For more information contact the Neighborhood Center at 936-3388.
