On Wednesday, January 6, at 3:48 in the afternoon, a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and Fir Road. During the investigation it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, 34 year old Billy G. Trent of Bourbon, held an operator`s license with the status of Suspended with a prior charge.
Billy G. Trent was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.
