On Wednesday, December 9, about 11:30 in the evening a county police officer arrested 63 year old Andrew Riale of Knox following a traffic stop on 13th Road west of US 31. Riale was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating on a Controlled Substance as well as Possession of Marijuana.
