Christmas in the ParkIt’s that wonderful time of the year again!   Centennial Park in Plymouth is decorated for the Christmas season and full of lights. Take the time to drive through and check out all the decorations.

Christmas in the Park will be held this Saturday, December 12th at the Conservation Clubhouse from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Bring the kids to meet Santa, drink some hot chocolate, eat some cookies, take a carriage ride and listen to the live Christmas music provided by the Lincoln Legends Singers.

Everything is FREE, but the Plymouth Park Department asks that participants bring canned food items to donate to the Neighborhood Center for a food drive!

Centier Bank and Miller’s Assisted Living are helping to fund this event.

On Sunday the Plymouth Park Department is sponsoring a new event.   It’s a gingerbread house decorating party.  This takes place at the Conservation Clubhouse from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. There is a cost of $3 per decorating kit and space is limited, so call (936-2876) the park today and make your reservation.  There is also a chance that Santa may show up at this event and 1st Federal Savings Bank in Plymouth is helping to sponsor this event.
