County Building_2The Marshall County Commissioners meet at 8:30 (12/7) in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the meeting includes the report from the County Highway Department, the quarterly report from EMA Director Clyde Avery and a Year End Review by Executive Director of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation, Jerry Chavez.

Also on the agenda is Sheriff Matt Hassel will seek approval for a refrigerator replacement using Commissary Fund and discuss the purchase of vehicles from Oliver Ford.

County Attorney Jim Clevenger presents third and final reading of the Buggy Ordinance and an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Plymouth.

Bruce Smith is scheduled to present to the commissioners his request to get his portion of Redwood Road, north of US 6 chip and sealed again after the road was turned back to a gravel road this summer.

The meeting will adjourn and reconvene at 1:30 for the opening of salt bids.
