Stolen PropertyTuesday evening about 7:40 Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntire stopped a moped for driving with no lights on near the intersection of Baker and Michigan Streets.

During the investigation it was discovered that the moped had been stolen out of South Bend.

The driver 18 year old Cashmere Witt of Plymouth was taken into custody.  During a search of his person a small amount of marijuana was located.

Witt was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of Marijuana.  His bond was set at $1,505 cash.
