Sunday morning just after 1 Plymouth Patrolman Paul Stamper arrested 19 year old Jeremiah Chenoweth of Walkerton was arrested at the Plymouth Speedway gas station for a battery charge. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a thousand dollar cash bond.
