Last Friday about 3:40 in the morning Starke County Sheriff’s Officers responded to IU Starke Hospital in regards to a subject in the Emergency room with a stab wound.
Detectives spoke to the victim, who said he was in an altercation and stabbed in Bornes’ Trailer Park in North Judson the day before.
Starke County Detectives located the suspect, 29 year old Christopher Gross from North Judson at a residence on Detroiter Street in Bornes Trailer Park.
Gross was interviewed about the incident and preliminary charged with Aggravated Battery causing serious bodily injury to another person a Level 5 Felony. His bond was set at $25,000 surety.
