During the third quarter of 2015 the Plymouth Building Commissioner issued permits for projects valued at an estimated $5.4 million. For the same period in 2014 the estimated construction was $4.2 million.
A total of 62 building permits were issued in the third quarter, 18 were commercial and 44 were residential. 3 new single family home permits were issued along with 10 accessory structures, 10 decks, 7 additions, 9 renovations, and 3 porches.
Other permits issued included 2 demolition permits, 4 fence permits, 4 pools, 1 plumbing and 7 signs and 2 temporary sign permits.
The permit fees for the third quarter totaled $4,998.
