fatal-crashA Bourbon man died from injuries received in a Sunday morning crash.

Michael W. Nuss, 30 of Bourbon was south bound on Beech Road in a 1991 Ford Ranger.  As he approached the intersection with 14B Road he failed to stop at the stop sign for the intersection. The pick-up continued through the intersection and was struck in the driver side by west bound Dodge Ram driven by 35 year old Charles R. Losee of Etna Green who had the right of way.

Nuss was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marshall County Coroner’s Office.     A passenger in the Nuss vehicle, 30 year old Misty Rooney, also of Bourbon was flown from the scene to Memorial Hospital in serious condition.

Mr. Losee complained of elbow pain and was transported to the hospital by family.
