Last Thursday morning just before 5 Plymouth Police unites were dispatched to 1045 Ed Cook Boulevard for a suspicious man wearing a backpack.
Officer Chris Miller located a subject matching the description although he did not have a backpack. Another officer located the backpack after observing him take it off.
City officers conducted a short investigation and arrested 21 year old Ashtin Bryce Bailey of Akron for and illegal drug lab and possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
