Meth_ArrestLast Thursday morning just before 5 Plymouth Police unites were dispatched to 1045 Ed Cook Boulevard for a suspicious man wearing a backpack.   

Officer Chris Miller located a subject matching the description although he did not have a backpack.  Another officer located the backpack after observing him take it off. 

City officers conducted a short investigation and arrested 21 year old Ashtin Bryce Bailey of Akron for and illegal drug lab and possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. 

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
