Plymouth Police arrested a 61 year old man Saturday evening on charges of Domestic Battery and Strangulation.
About 9:15 Saturday night Plymouth Officer Stuart Krynock was dispatched to 900 West Monroe Street for a physical domestic fight that had just occurred.
The investigation into the allegation showed that Paul J. Beaver Jr. had placed his hands on the neck of 55 year old Judy L. Neirynck resulting in injuries and a complaint of pain.
Paul Beaver was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond until 9:50 Sunday evening when he was released on bond. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on October 6th.
