Just after midnight on Monday, August 3rd, Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a Chevrolet Malibu for driving left of center near Center and Washington Streets.
The driver, 54 year old Bruce R. Miller of Warsaw was found to be driving on a suspended license with a prior charge while being intoxicated.
Miller failed a sobriety test and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
