On Friday, July 17, at 9:14 p.m. Bremen Police Officer Stouder made a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Center Street in Bremen. During the investigation the operator gave the officer a false identification card and was discovered to be operating while never receiving an operator’s license. Moises Quintana, 42 of Bremen was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of False Informing and Operator Never Licensed.
On Saturday July 18, at 12:54 a.m. Sgt. Stouder made a traffic stop at State Road 331 and 2B Road just east of Bremen. During the investigation officers believed the suspect was intoxicated, unlicensed and had a child in the vehicle he was operating. Juan Ramon Zacarias-Salas, 32 of South Bend was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person Under 18 years of age, Neglect of a Dependent, and Operator Never Licensed.
A Criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
