County Building_2The Marshall County Drainage Board and Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the drainage board meeting includes Marvin Houin talking about the U.S.G.S. gage station at Lake of the Woods, miscellaneous business including signing maintenance contracts, approval of the June minutes and an update on the in-body drain in West Township.  Marshall County Soil and Water will also be discussing the Regional Wetland Development Grant.

The Commissioner’s meeting begins at 9:30 and their agenda includes a report by Jason Peters and Laurie Bakers on the County Highway Department, the annual update on CASA of Marshall County by Executive director Haley Kittrell and a short presentation by Angie Deming from Republic First National.

Marshall County Emergency Manage Agency Director Clyde Avery will make a request to the commissioner to apply for grants and the County Attorney and Auditor will give their reports.

Both meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
